ReplyProof is operated by Jash Patel under the business name ReplyProof.

The short version

ReplyProof is designed to inspect only the email thread and draft you actively ask it to check. It does not need to scan your inbox, send email, or train a model on your messages.

What we process

For a reply check, the service temporarily processes the text of the open thread, your draft, and whether the draft includes an attachment. The service also records limited usage counters, subscription status, rate-limit records, and operational logs needed to prevent abuse and keep the product working.

What we store

ReplyProof is designed not to persist email bodies after a check. We store one-way hashes for licenses and abuse controls, billing identifiers from Stripe, subscription status, and usage counts. We also store daily totals for completed checks, useful catches, extension installs, upgrades, and cancellations. These totals do not contain email text. Stripe handles payment-card information. License recovery checks your invoice number with Stripe but does not store the number.

Browser extension

The extension runs on Gmail pages to read the visible conversation and active compose box when you click the ReplyProof control. It does not require permission to access unrelated websites.

Analysis services

The text from an active check may be processed by a private analysis service. Production providers should be configured with terms that prohibit training on submitted content.

Your choices

You can remove the extension, clear its locally stored license, or cancel billing through the customer portal. For a deletion, access, correction, or privacy request, email jash.code8@gmail.com.
