ReplyProof is operated by Jash Patel under the business name ReplyProof. By using the website or browser extension, you agree to these terms.

Service

ReplyProof provides a decision-support check for email drafts. It may identify unanswered questions, requests, possible contradictions, deadlines, and missing attachment mentions. It does not send email or guarantee that a message is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing every message before sending it. Do not use ReplyProof as the sole review for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or regulated communications.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed at $9.99 monthly or $79 yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 calendar days of the charge by emailing jash.code8@gmail.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content you are not authorized to process, probe or overload the service, resell access, bypass usage controls, or use the product to facilitate abuse. Unlimited plans are subject to reasonable fair use.

Availability

The service may change or experience interruptions. Results are probabilistic and can include missed issues or false alarms.

Account action

We may limit or end access when these terms are violated, the service is abused, or continued access creates a security or legal risk.
